The House list (令和8年9月28日現在) prints “東京4” in the district column. The name keeps the list’s 君. Runs of spaces in the cell are collapsed to one. The caucus is the abbreviation printed there, not a full name.
Seat and area
Article 13 says single-member districts are fixed by Annex 1 and that each district elects one member. Annex 1 prints “第四区” after “東京都”.
